This website collects nothing

There is no form on this site, no account to create, no analytics, no advertising pixel and no cookie. Every button here either dials the salon, opens WhatsApp, opens a map, or opens our Instagram or Facebook page — all of them in your own phone's apps, not on this site.

Our hosting provider keeps ordinary web server records of requests, including IP addresses, for a short period so the site can be kept running and protected from abuse. We do not use those records to identify individual visitors.

What we hold when you become a customer

When you book or visit the salon we record your name, mobile number, the services you had, what you paid, and any note a stylist takes so that the next appointment goes well — for example an allergy or a colour formula. This is kept in the salon's booking and billing software so that we can serve you, take payment, honour any membership or prepaid balance, and keep the accounting records the law requires us to keep.

When you message us

If you call, or message us on WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook, we see and keep that conversation so we can answer it. Those services are run by their own companies under their own privacy policies, and this policy cannot change what they do with your data on their platforms.

Marketing messages

We may send you an appointment reminder or an offer on WhatsApp or SMS using the number you gave us. Tell us to stop — in a reply, on the phone, or at the front desk — and we will stop. We do not sell or rent your details to anybody, and we do not share them except with the service providers that run our booking, billing and messaging, who may only use them to provide that service to us.

Children

We cut children's hair, and a child's details are held only as part of the booking made by their parent or guardian.

Your choices

Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will — except where we are required to keep a billing record. Call +91 75584 44598, message the same number on WhatsApp, or ask at the salon.
